Over the past few years, I’ve been deconstructing what I was taught as a child from my parents, school, society…all of it. I began speaking about self-awareness and self-care in 2017 and with each passing year, I learn more about myself and the world around me. My goal is that by consuming my content or using any of the future products on this platform, you will learn more about yourself and how we are interconnected. We can always learn more about ourselves and how we show up in this world.

On the my substack, I speak about spirituality, deconstructing, self-care, self-awareness and astrology.
